Officers, managers and other supervisors are expected to develop in employees a sense of commitment to the spirit, as well as the letter, of the Code. Supervisors also expected to ensure that all agents and contractors conform to Code Standards when working for or on behalf of YNS. Safety

All employees share an obligation to prevent accidents and are expected to conduct business in a way that actively integrates the elements of the Yaraan Naw Services (YNS) Health, Safety and Environment Program into applicable aspects of our operations. As a result, training on safety issues is an ongoing process at YNS. Immersion in our safety culture begins on the first day of employment. From ergonomics to regulatory-compliant training on the handling of hazardous waste, YNS offers more than 30 standard courses and conducts regular on-site training classes weekly.
